What this course covers

In Dubai and Fujairah, all food handlers — including those working in restaurants, cafés, catering services, food trucks, cloud kitchens, hotels, food manufacturing units, wholesale food warehouses, and any food and beverage establishment — are required by their respective municipality to complete a Basic Food Safety and Hygiene Training course to comply with local health regulations.

The BFST one-day certification course equips participants with essential knowledge of food safety practices, enabling them to prevent foodborne illness, maintain regulatory compliance, and uphold the highest standards of hygiene in their workplace.
