Course overview
The PIC Advanced is a specialised programme designed for managers and supervisors in higher-risk food establishments. The course focuses on advanced food safety management, risk assessment, and compliance with Dubai's Food Code.
Participants learn to develop and implement food safety systems, conduct hazard analysis, monitor critical control points, and ensure staff follow best practices. Upon completion, candidates receive a Dubai Municipality recognised certificate qualifying them as the designated Person in Charge.
