1950–2021
Dr. Rafiq Al Khatib founded RMK Experts in 2002, driven by a lifelong commitment to scientific rigour and the belief that food safety is a fundamental public right. With over three decades of hands-on expertise spanning food hygiene, agricultural project management, and regulatory compliance across the MENA region, Dr. Rafiq built RMK Experts from the ground up into one of the UAE's most trusted food safety training and consulting providers. His legacy lives on in every certificate issued, every audit delivered, and every professional trained under the RMK name.
Managing Director
Dr. Ghada Rafiq Al Khatib assumed leadership of RMK Experts following the passing of her father, bringing with her a deep personal commitment to honouring his legacy and elevating the company's standards. Under her direction, RMK Experts has continued to expand its reach across the UAE and wider GCC, broadening its portfolio of accredited training programmes and strengthening its consulting and audit capabilities.
Dr. Ghada combines academic rigour with a pragmatic, client-centred approach, ensuring that RMK Experts remains not only a leading training provider but a trusted long-term partner to every client it serves.
